Hi, I’m Coach Judy, Midlife wellness coach, community builder, and mom of two.

I didn’t realize midlife could be such a turning point until I found myself balancing a career, family, a changing body, and the realization that what once worked no longer did.

With a B.S. in Kinesiology and two decades in the fitness industry, I understand movement science. But midlife changes the conversation. Strength, through mind, body, and spirit now comes from intention, consistency, and approaches that respect your time, energy, and real life.

Today, I empower midlife women seeking transformation, offering simple, sustainable wellness support and a supportive community so they can rebuild strength, clarity, and confidence without pressure or extremes.
